Homemade Baking Mix Ingredients

3 c Whole wheat flour	1 1/2 ts Cream of tartar
7 c All purpose flour	2 c Shortening
6 tb Baking pwder	2 c Instant nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 tb Salt

Instructions for Homemade Baking Mix

Mix together flours, baking powder, salt, cream of tartar and sugar. 2. With pastry cutter cut in shortening until the mixture is the consistency of cornmeal. Gently stir in the dry milk. 3.
