Homemade Brownie Mix Ingredients

6 c Unbleached flour -- or	8 c Sugar
All-purpose	8 oz Unsweetened cocoa powder --
4 ts Baking powder	One small package
4 ts Salt

Instructions for Homemade Brownie Mix

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir with a wire whisk to distribute evenly. Put in a large airtight container. Label with date and contents. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 10-12 weeks. Makes about 15 c of Brownie Mix.
