Ingredients
- 2 c Cooked or canned chick-peas;
- 2/3 c Tahini (sesame paste)
- 3/4 c Lemon juice (to taste)
- 1 Parsley sprigs
- 2 Cloves garlic
Preparation
Place all ingredients but parsley in food processor or blender. Blend to a smooth paste. Place in a small platter or shallow bowl.
