Honey Glazed Grilled Pork Chops Ingredients

1/2 c Honey 3 cl Garlic, minced
3 tb Dry white wine 1/4 ts Salt
3 tb Fresh lemon juice 1/4 ts Fresh ground black pepper
3 tb Soy sauce 6 Boneless pork loin chops
1 tb Fresh ginger, minced

Instructions for Honey Glazed Grilled Pork Chops

Marinade: Mix all ingredients except pork chops together in a large zip-lock plastic bag. Add pork chops to bag, turning several times to coat. Place bag on a large plate and refrigerate at least 8 hours. Turn several times. Remove pork chops from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the pork chops on grill with the grill cover closed, over medium heat 4-5 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Ingredient Insight - look inside this recipe

A good meal, enjoyed by alll. Used champagne (left over from last night) instead of white wine and used fresh lime juice with a little bottled lemon juice as I did not have any fresh lemons. I will make this again.
