Honey Pumpkin Pie Ingredients

2 Eggs 1/4 ts Ginger
1/2 c Liquid honey 1 1/2 c Prepared pumpkin
1/2 ts Cinnamon 3/4 c Hot milk
1/2 ts Salt 1 tb Butter
3/4 ts Nutmeg 1 Pie shell

Instructions for Honey Pumpkin Pie

Beat eggs just until yolks and whites are well blended. Gradually beat in honey. Add cinnamon, salt, nutmeg and ginger. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 450F for 10 minutes. Reduce temp to 350F and continue baking for 20 - 25 minutes or until filling is firm. Variations: For a richer filling use condensed milk or 1/2 and 1/2 (or a combination of both instead of milk.
