Date: Wed, 17 Apr 1996 17:02:20 -0400 (EDT) From: "Amy Denise Osborn" I am a first-year medical student at Michigan State Univeristy who has been enjoying this list for some time -- and who has only recently found enough time to contribute something back to the fray! I found this recipe at a local grocery store and thought it was great. :) Combine honey, applesauce, eggs and milk; mix well. Combine flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; mix well. Stir into honey mixture. Fold in cranberries. Spoon into three 5-1/2 x 3 x 2-1/4-inch prepared loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees F 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. FATFREE DIGEST V96 #107 From the Fatfree Vegetarian recipe list.
