Honeybaked Holiday Pasta Ingredients

1 lb Ham; chopped 4 lg Carrots; peeled;blanched,
8 oz Noodles--plain or spinach; 2 c Peas; blanched
6 tb Dried cherries or 3 Fruit zest of oranges;
2 Cloves garlic; minced 6 tb Pine nuts; browned and
3 tb Virgin olive oil 1/2 c Parsley; chopped

Instructions for Honeybaked Holiday Pasta

Cook pasta following package directions. Drain and return to pan to keep warm. Heat olive oil in medium saute pan. Add garlic and saute over med heat until tender. Add carrots, peas, and ham---saute until warm----add to pasta. Combine parsley, zest and cherries or cranberries in separate bowl.Stir half of parsley mixture into skillet---add pasta and toss.Place pasta on platter and sprinkle remaining zest mix and pine nuts over top.
