Where is the oatmeal in this recipe? Oatmeal is made from oat grass and whole wheat flour is made from wheat. The recipe says the primmary ingredient is oatmeal. How can that be? There isn't any oatmeal in this recipe. I was wondering if there is supposed to be oatmeal in this recipe? I made it anyway and will rate it. It is baking now and looks wonderful! Mmmmmm Fall is here and my house smells sooooo!! good. Tender and cakelike, not sweet. Was done in 25 minutes. Good and healthy but it doesn't hold together as I expect a bar to do.
