Hot Beer Chili Ingredients

PATTI - VDRJ67A----- 1/4 c Chili powder
1 lb Ground beef 2 ds Tabasco sauce
1 lb Bulk Hot sausage 1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 Onion -- chopped 1 tb White vinegar
1 sm Garlic clove -- chopped 1/2 ts Crushed red pepper
2 tb Butter 1/2 ts Cayenne pepper
20 oz Chopped tomatoes -- can of 1 ts Bay leaves -- crushed
12 oz Tomato paste 12 oz Beer

Instructions for Hot Beer Chili

Saute the onion and garlic in butter until tender. Add the ground beef and sausage and cook over medium heat until browned. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, sauces, vinegar, peppers and bay leaves. Stir in the beer and simmer for 2 hours. Ingredient Insight - look inside this recipe

Not terrible, although mine ended up being very starchy...maybe I should have only simmered for 1.5 hours instead of 2. I prefer my chili to have beans, though, so I don't think I'll be making this recipe again.
