Source: "From Hatikvas Kitchen" by Bnoth Zion Association, Cape Town Mix the juice of the peaches and apricots with brown sugar and rinds. Place all fruit in a casserole, add juice and bake in a 180C (350F) oven for 45 mins, uncovered. Serve hot or cold with ice cream, cream or on its own.
