Hot Party Mocha Ingredients

4 oz Unsweetened chocolate	1/4 ts Cinnamon
1 c Sugar	1/2 c Heavy cream
1/2 c Water	2 1/2 qt Milk, scalded
2 ts Instant coffee powder

Instructions for Hot Party Mocha

Here are some recipes for non-alcoholic party punches. All are for 12 four ounce servings. All are from _The New Doubleday Cookbook_ by Jean Anderson & Elaine Hanna. Heat and stir chocolate, sugar, water, coffee and cinnamon in a heavy saucepan over low heat until chocolate melts; cover and cool. Beat cream to soft peaks and fold into chocolate mixture.
