Pure Maple Syrup Pork Tenderloin Shishkebobs Ingredients

SHISHKEBOBS1/4 c Oil
1 lb Pork tenderloin cubes 1/4 c Lemon juice or cider vinegar
4 Onions 1/4 c Soya sauce
4 Apples; fancy or choice Dry mustard
2 tb Butter Curry powder
MARINADE Parsley
1 c 100% Pure Maple Syrup

Instructions for Pure Maple Syrup Pork Tenderloin Shishkebobs

Prepare marinade and let marinate 1 inch pork cubes for 6 to 8 hours. Cut apples and onions in 1 inch cubes. Alternate apples, onions and pork on skewers. Brush Shishkebobs with oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. In a hot skillet , sear skewers. Place skewers in hot oven 325?F for 30 minutes. Brush the Shishkebobs with oil at least 4 times during cooking process.
