Purim Nut Goodies Ingredients

1 lb Walnuts	1/2 c Sugar
1 lb Honey	1 ts Ginger or
1/2 lb Almonds	1 ts Vanilla

Instructions for Purim Nut Goodies

Source: National Council of Jewish Women cookbook (Canada) Bring honey and sugar to a boil until the soft ball stage is reached. Add flavouring. Put on a wet board, flatten to 1/4-inch thickness.
