Hunans Moo Goo Gai Pan Chicken with Mushrooms & Bamboo Shoo Ingredients

CHICKEN8 sl Carrot
2 Pieces boneless skinless SAUCE
1 ts Cornstarch 1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Salt 1 tb Cooking wine
1 1/2 tb Water 1 tb Water
VEGGIES1/3 ts White pepper
12 Pieces Chinese pea pods 1 ts Sugar
6 Fresh mushrooms 1 ts Cornstarch
12 Pieces bamboo shoots

Instructions for Hunans Moo Goo Gai Pan Chicken with Mushrooms & Bamboo Shoo

Mix chicken ingredients and set aside 5 minutes. Mix together veggies, set aside. Mix sauce together and set aside. Heat 2 Tbls. oil add marinated chicken, stir until cooked. Add veggies & chicken. Add sauce and cook until heated through. May substitute chicken with shrimp, crab or turkey. 2-4 servings.
