Hungarian Goulash/cp Ingredients

2 lb Round steak; cubed 1 ts Paprika
1 c Onion; chopped 1 ts Thyme; dried
1 Garlic clove; minced 1 Bay leaf
2 tb Flour 14 1/2 oz Tomatoes
1 ts Salt 1 c Sour cream
1 ts Papper

Instructions for Hungarian Goulash/cp

Put steak cubes, onions, garlic in crockpot. Stir in flour and mix to coat steak cubes. Add all remaining ingredients except sour cream. Stir well. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours. Add sour cream 30 minutes before serving. (HIGH 4 to 5 hours) Serve over hot buttered noodles. Posted to MM-Recipes Digest V4 #082 by Clayton Schmitt on Mar 22, 1997
