Suggest a better description1. Combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper, toss with meat. 2. In skillet, brown meat in oil over medium high heat(at this point I also added a chopped onion, add the cans of tomatoes. Cook uncovered, over medium high heat 20 minutes or until meat is tender, stirring frequently. Remove skillet from heat. 3. Remove 1/2 cup of sauce mixture from skillet and blend with the sour cream. return mixture to skillet; blend well (DO NOT BOIL) 4.
