Hutspot Met Klapstuk Ingredients
400 g Thin flank
steak
1 1/2 kg
Onion

Potato

80 g Butter or
margarine
Instructions for Hutspot Met Klapstuk
Pre-cook meat for 2-3 hours in water with salt. Clean carrots, cut them in little pieces. Peel, wash & cut onion & add with potatoes & carrots to the meat.
