Tasty. You might say my kid`s wont eat this but just give it a try, with a lot more cheese on top.
Little fluffy pancakes topped with whatever you like. Great for cuppa tea's / coffee mornings. And when the cupboards are bare, this one is for you!
This dessert looks very impressive when finished and tastes good too. If can be served with ice cream or cream on the side.
These are from my childhood and my childrens as I love them as do my children. The recipes are from my mom thier nana and my moms time and experimentation that she put into trying out each recipe, except instead of a jaffle iron in hot coals they are now cooked in an electric sandwich maker. My mom still makes them for just herself now.
