I always make a breakfast casserole the night before and then pop it into the oven christmas morning just as the last packages are being unwrapped. This year Im making "French Toast Casserole"(BO recipe). I had a chance to try it out on family visiting from Washington. There wasn't a bite left. It is melt in your mouth good.
