Being Filipino, most of what I eat is Asian food: sinigang, adobo, curry, lumpia, pansit, karekare, and tons more. I'm always bummed when people discuss Asian foods, but leave out the Philippine cuisine. We don't have sushi (yum!!), but we do have just about everything else. :P Maybe I need to start posting recipes so people can start trying this *amazingly delicious* stuff out!
And yes, I am completely and utterly biased towards Filipino food. =]
