I went to culinary school in Indianapolis and really enjoyed it. I took a variety of classes in baking and cooking. I learned all of the basics that have prepared me for cooking in a professional setting. I still feel that I have an extremely large amount to learn. In my opinion, one could never know everything there is to know about cooking. Its would take a lifetime. What was the biggest lesson that you learned in culinary school?
