MOVIE 'Food Inc.' A MUST see......

 just finished watching this film. Truly a thoughtful manifesto on eating locally, organic, nutrient rich foods. It should be required viewing in all grocery's.

Producing locally

As a local producer, I am glad to see this group.  I grow in the panhandle of Florida and can grow something most months.

Pacific Northwest Lingcod

We had some fresh Lingcod at our supermarket....
This was my first attempt preparing this excellent fish.
I used a recipe from cooks.com and it turned out excellent.
Can I import the recipe ( can you point the instructions) or do I re-enter it?  Thanks
