We started using this pizza dough recipe over 30 years ago. It worked so well we have stuck with it and still use it whenever we make a pizza.

This is a recipe that I found on allrecipes.com and my oldest son loved it and he has made a lot of changes to it. I'm sure mine isn't as good, but we occasionally compare notes on what we're doing differently to change it up. He puts a little wine in his, I think. Maybe this will inspire him to post his..... :-)
A terrific warming soup for the winter months. Inspired by an attempt to replicate the tomato-basil soup from Gordon Biersch, a San Francisco-based microbrewer with restaurants in CA and Seattle.
Pair with a cool Pinot Grigio and green beans for a great spring meal.

Chicken is used instead of veal in this Italian style dish. The chicken breasts are cheese filled and prosciutto wrapped, with fresh sage in the sauce. As a side dish, Arugula is perfect with the creamy, angel hair pasta. A winner!
