Subject: Merry Christmas Everyone

Before wrapping the rest of the Christmas presents, I wanted to stop a moment to say Merry Christmas to all of you -- may you have a beautiful holiday and a very wonderful and healthy new year. 
 
We have relatives in from out of town, and on the menu for us this holiday will be:  Grilled Salmon with Pesto (something Red-ish and Green) with Rice Pilaf on Christmas Eve, then on Christmas Day I'll be serving a Beef Tenderloin with Mushroom Duxelle Filling and Port Shallot Sauce, with scalloped potatoes and broccoli.  Finishing off with a lemon sorbet and blueberry simple dessert.  I'm also doing the make-ahead sausage egg bake, which will be easy to pop in the oven on Christmas day.
