If you think you really want to do professional grade food photography and styling I found out about a three-day workshop taught by food styling and photography  professionals coming up next month. Students will work, hands-on, in a commerical grade kitchen and completely equipped professional photo studio.  

 

I'm going to attend to get a chance to see how the "big dogs" come up with such spectacular shots.
