What does everyone like to barbeque?
Chicken, ribs, flank steak, ribeye...
For BBQ, I like to cook and eat:
Spare ribs, pork butt, back ribs, chuck roasts, whole chickens, bone in turkey breasts, fatties, and ABTs are all on the short list. (Wait....ribeye roast too!)
For grilling, I like:
Ribeyes, fillet mignon, chicken thighs, 2" pork chops (grill/roasted), and a great burger is hard to beat.
I like to smoke ribs, tri tip and chicken. In competition we have to cook chicken, ribs, brisket and pork, usually in the form of pulled pork. Grilling, nothing beats a great rib eye or tri tip.
tri-tip, chicken, pork chops
I'll second swibirun's "like's" when it comes to grilling - my favorite, hands-down, is a big fat rib eye, on the bone, and with plenty of marbling. Something else I recently tried for the first time on the grill that I really liked was a jalapeno sliced in half with a marinated chicken strip "sandwiched" between the 2 halves and then wrapped in a strip of bacon. Mmm, mmm...
I like to do whole chickens and the ever favorite Kabobs (all flavors). Roasted veggies, clams.
