Is there anyway to remove the logo?
When I go to print it creates a space and forces the program to go to a second
page.
Copy and Paste to notepad as a text document,
You leave behind pictures and logos

Another approach, if you have WORD2003 (or maybe later), is to try the BOPtool from the RecipePrintingTools Google Group
