Subject: Favorite Asian Make-Ahead Dishes?

Do you know of any great make-ahead main courses in the asian cuisine?  My favorite is Teriyaki Chicken a la Steve; I also really like a spicy noodle salad that can be kept in the fridge.

Steve, I'm so happy you started this group.  Asian is my absolute favorite flavor category, even after living on Chinese takeout for a year or more after the hurricane.

I love your Teriyaki Chicken, and have use that marinade on many different dishes with or without variations.  As for make ahead, I just posted the recipe for a cucumber salad that just seems to improve with age.

I'm looking forward to many more wonderful ideas here in the Asian Flavor group.

Other than Tsukemono, I don't know to many asian dishes that lend themselves to 'make-ahead' main course, sorry!
