Yeah, I know, but the holidays ARE almost upon us. Do you have a plan in place? I know for me, Christmas and New Years will be a little difficult, because I'll be visiting my (very skinny) family, and won't be doing the cooking...... but I can still watch my portions, so that's my plan (that, and to stay away from the munchies that my grand kids are always inhaling). Once again, I'd like to remind y'all about Dotties Weight Loss Zone Not only does Dottie have some wonderful recipes posted on her site, she's got full holiday menus to help us stay OP. Even people who are not watching their weight, seem to love it. So, let's get some recipes posted here so we can get our plans in place before we're in the midst of holiday panic. And, let's always remember, it's the company, not the food that makes our holidays special. Anne
I'll get us started with this one, which I had previously posted to Big Oven. It's really delicious, and even people not trying to lose weight, seems to love it.
