I am trying to eat more raw food. I'm definitely not up to the 80% raw 20% cooked that is the usual definition of a raw food dieter. It's hard to find recipes, hard to give up so much of the food that has become typical for me. I'd really like to give it a go, but would love advice from others who have tried and succeeded in this type of diet.
The main tool in raw food prep is a high power blender. Green smoothies made with fresh kale, baby spinach a banana and some frozen fruit is a great way to get started. Always choose organic when possible.
