I need a recipe for "Hungarian Debreceni" sausage. The best ever I had was from a Hungarian-Catholic Church in Milwaukee in the early 1980s.
There's an old book of sausage recipes containing a recipe for Debrecini at the http://books.google.com site. I tried to post a link directly to the recipe, but--sorry to say, I haven't figured out how to do so.
