Subject: Infrared rotisserie on Weber Grill

I just purchased a Weber s-470 grill would like to know how to use the infrared rotisserie option.

Congratulations!  I discovered that our grill had a rotisserie unit and have been very pleased with it.

Be sure to let temperature, not time, determine when it's done.  Stick a meat thermometer into the breast and let it rotate around, on medium.  Stop the heat when the thermometer reads about 158, and let it coast up to 168 or so with residual heat.  Let it "come to rest" on the rotisserie, in other words.  It's really delicious.
