Out of all my favorite recipes here on B.O. I have to say that the Chesapeake Bay Pasta, Chicken and Shrimp is my favorite (along with my next door neighbor's). I make it fairly often. It's easy as can be, and by the time the pasta is done, so's dinner. I have been known on occasion to leave out the chicken completely and use all shrimp. Either way, it's fantastic. Thanks expat, for posting this recipe originally.
I'm a New England boy, so it's steamed lobster, fried whole belly clams, Fried scrod and steamed softshell clams (we call them,'pissers')! Also love all type of crab. I firmly believe that seafood tastes best when little or nothing is added to take from the true flavor. Lemon and maybe a little butter is all I add and if I'm steaming, I'll add a stalk or two of celery. Simple, but it works for me!
