I need some receipts that does not have flour or sugar in them at
all. And I would like deserts, main meals, and side dishes.

In the near-ish future we plan to add a feature that will let you search for recipes not including particular ingredients. Probably not in a matter of days or weeks, but months. Stay tuned!

Better searching would be great! I love my big oven, and use it almost daily. However, I often find searching cumbersome. Especially when I look for Chicken. It sees chicken broth as "chicken" even though I am looking for chicken main dish or chicken breast recipes. My split pea soup comes up for example because I use chicken broth in it, and if I have chicken breast on hand, that's not what I'm going to want to make. I apologize if I'm getting off topic.
We completely agree and will be working on that soon.
By the way, for specific feature requests in the future, please drop by the BigOven Message Board. (We listen all over the place, but it's far more manageable to have this kind of feature-request discussion all in one place.) Hope you understand, thanks!
I had to cook for a sick friend who could not eat gluten or sugar, so I did some research on glutten free recipes and there are some wonderful recipes out there. Maybe do a gluten free search on bigoven.
OK, a beta version of advanced search that allows for including and/or excluding keywords is now live on www.bigoven.com.
Do a search on www.bigoven.com, and you'll see a "[more options]" link that will let you add ingredient keywords to include or exclude from your search. At the moment, it works on a text-basis, so beware of singular and plural forms. (And, doing an "excluding flour" search will only elminate those recipes where the word "flour" is mentioned, not, for instance, recipes that may have an ingredient like breadcrumbs, that contains flour. It's not perfect, but it's much, much more useful and just a simple title or "anywhere" search, so we wanted to push it to the live site.
As an example, to answer the question that started this thread, here is a search for all "dessert no sugar, no flour" recipes: http://www.bigoven.com/private/searchrecipes.aspx?tc=dessert&without=sugar,flour.
