I am throwing a party soon and would like to feature some great spring dishes.  Do you have any suggestions?

Hmm...so many possibilities.  I'll suggest a couple of possibilites per type...
To begin when I am expecting several guests I sometimes serve a welcoming drink until all have arrived: your Champagne Coctail has become one of my favourites or maybe a Citrus Martini
For appetizers :Garlicky Doused Shrimp w/ ginger Yogurt dip and/or Soya Wasabi Spread / Rice crackers
Salad/Side Dishes: Tropical Cucumber Salad and/or spring greens with a black olive vinaigrette
Main: a nicely marinated pork loin sliced and served warm and/or Garlic Rosemary Goat Cheese Tart
Desserts: Death By Chocolate, Peanit butter brownies, mini citrus cheese cakes
