Subject: Twice Baked Potato Question

I want to make this recipe for a work pitchin but hoped that I could do all the prep the night before, refrigerate and then pop in the oven to bake when I wake up.

Does anyone know if it will come out tasting as well?

I posted a question on the recipe itself but could anyone tell me if you can do all the prep work to a twice baked potato casserole but not bake it until the next day and still have it taste good? Any help is appreciated!

Yes, twice-baked potatoes can be kept in the fridge overnight -- caterers do it all the time.  Be careful not to let too much moisture creep down to the sides of the potatoes, however.
