Hello to everyone I am new to this site so be patient with me I have tried artisan bread in five minutes a day and it is delicious

Hi!!   WELCOME!!

Is there a recipe posted for that?   I'd love to see what you're doing and how.

You'll get the site figured out pretty quick.  It's quite user friendly, and if you have any questions, just holler out.  Steve or someone will try to answer.

I like and use both the Lahey/Bittmann and the CI no-knead bread formulas and techniques. You can read more about these techniques as well as a little on the "5 minutes a day" approach on the No-knead bread discussion thread. You can view a BigOven recipe and photo's for the Lahey/Bittmann technique here - No-knead Bread.

I have not yet tried the "5 Minutes a Day" technique. However, this bread making technique sounds very intriguing. I have the artisan boule master recipe but I do not yet have the cookbook "Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day" by Jeff Hertzberg and Zoe Francois. An article and the artisan boule master recipe can be found here BREAD BOULE IN 5 MINUTES A DAY.
