Subject: chicken

I posted my standby fried chicken recipe for those days when I want fried chicken, but not the work of fried chicken.  Kids love it.  It's so easy too. 

Thanks for posting.  It look good and easy.  I guess you could also use breast strips?  My family prefers white meat.

Ok.  It seems to be working for me today.  Not sure what was up yesterday.
 
I imagine you can use breast strips, but would need to adjust the cooking time.  I find bone-in seems to keep the chicken moister when baking.
 
Let me know how they turn out.  I might be trying this on myself.

  They were probably doing some upgrades or something.  I will let you know when I try it.  I know the darker meat is moister and I like it, but I have a picky, picky bunch at home to try and please!
