Hi Kelly,

I have the mini Zo, and was toying with getting the full sized version, but some people have said that they don't like the way it browns the top (or rather, doesn't brown the top).

I'm heading out on an extended trip to California, so I'll make the decision after I get back to Florida in October.

Hi

I dont like how the crust comes out when i use the bake cycle.I put it on a light mode but still comes out dark an rather crusty.. so i would rather raise it my self. I think mine r sunbeam ones.
Have a great time in California

I am very happy with my full-sized Zojirushi for sandwich bread.  I run the quick-dough cycle, then reset it for a normal cycle to let it rise overnight and wake me with fresh-baked bread.

The thing bakes at a lower temperature, so I don't expect to be able to make a crusty bread in it.

I think i am gonna sell mine an look into a new one.. We have a kitchen gadget store at r mall, i think i will go see what they have
Kelly

I only use my bread machine for making the dough nothing else
