I use a non-stick pan for browning the cheese, then transfer to stainless steel for flaming & serving.

High fiber and fruit muffins. I have IBS and am interested in healthy living so this is the recipe I came up with. They are dense but moist. You can add raisins too if you want. Great warmed with some Celeb butter (canola and olive oil) or even cream cheese :)
This is a dense, hearty bread, only slightly sweet, but fragrant with tropical flavors. It makes excellent toast, but don't limit yourself to butter - spread it with cream cheese or peanut butter. Use a bran cereal such as All-Bran, not bran flakes.
