I am Top Chef at Neemkaroli Baba Hanuman Temple in Taos, NM. I lead cooking for groups of several hundred diners. I cook outside in large kiva ovens with about 12 cooks stirring. All tne food I cook is first - Prasad = offered to the Gods, then my diners eat blessed food called Prasad.
