Import recipes from "Personal Chef" by Parsons Technology / Broderbund

My wife has been using a program by Parsons Technology / Broderbund called Personal Chef. It has been discontinued and I am looking for a new program that will import her existing recipes. Is that something I can do in Big Oven?

I am trying to find the personal chef software as the disk 1 that I have has failed and I can not seem to find it anyware.
