I am ready to order the Deluxe  $29.95 Big Oven but not real clear how to add CD backup to my order. Does it cost more? I read how but each time I click the CD icon I am not sure it is added . It really does not show it added to my order.  Mayby I am doing it right/Mayby I am not.  I just cannot see anything change on my order?  Please explain. TYVM

Well I decided to just order it.  If I do not get it (The eCD)  is there another way to get it?  I bought the Deluxe version of BigOven for $29.95

Sorry for our brief delay.

We appreciate your order!  Our system shows that you've ordered the Deluxe Edition, but not the backup CD-ROM.  So, in other words, the product can be downloaded and run with the serial number you were emailed, but you won't get an eCD in the mail.

(To order the backup CD-ROM, you need to purchase from http://www.bigoven.com/buy_it.aspx, and scroll down the purchase page, and, where it says "This Order Shipped on CD", click the button labeled "Add to Cart".)

The eCD, if you want it, must be part of your order.  We'd be happy to process an instant & full refund of your order that you just placed, so you can go back and order the eCD as well... just drop us an email note.  Thanks!
