Save (and lock) on edit page

I'd like a either an undo or a 'save' confirmation on the edit page.  Once I've created a recipe, and notice that something is not quite correct, it's  way too easy to change something you didn't mean to change by accident (on the ingredient line particularly),  and there's no way to recover from the change unless you happen to remember what the recipe said originally.

Every other editing program I've ever used has some kind of confirmatory dialog when modifying an existing document, and most have an undo function and a save-as option so that one can recover from a change that was made if necessary.

I believe this would be a very helpful addition.  I'm sure I'm not the only one who's goofed up a recipe and has had to root around to find the correct version.

    Thanks

Re: Save (and lock) on edit page

hahah....I just came across one tonight where 1 can of tomato sauce had somehow been transformed to 1 can of acorn squash (acorn squash being, apparently the first "a" ingredient in the database.  Apparently my fumbly fingers hit the ast ingredient line and accidentally converted it.  This is the kind of error that makes me distrust my recipes.  I do fiddle with my recipes and it's just too too easy to modify something you didn't mean to.
