Hi,

 My problem is when I select recipes from my recipe list to add to my Palm.  I keep getting error messages, and if I go through saying "ignore" or "cancel" about 2 or three dozen times to approve it the recipes will synchronize, however, when I publish to the Palm, I UNCHECK the "first clear previously saved recipes" section and it still clears them.  WHY??? What am I doing wrong???  HELP!!!  Thanks.

Chances are BigOven for Windows is trying to publish your "Palm" recipes in a folder that doesn't exist on your PC.  Please check the Windows registry locations for the value of "PalmDir", and make sure that folder exists on your PC.  http://www.bigoven.com/docs/regedit.htm  For example, on this (Vista) PC here, "PalmDir" is set to:  C:\Users\Public\Documents\My BigOven Recipes\Data\Palm

Also, use Windows Explorer to make sure that folder is not read-only on your PC -- you need to be able to write to it.
