BigOven lets you calculate the nutritional value of any recipe, but in order to do so, you must "link" the ingredient lines with the underlying nutritional record.
If you press F1, it will bring up the Help for the product. There is an article in Help entitled "Calculating Nutritional Information" (in the index, it is listed under "Advanced Features"). This will walk you through how to get the nutrition facts for the recipes you'd like.
