We have never seen or been able to reproduce this kind of behavior in the labs, but would fix it of course immediately if we could. Sometimes, other programs "stomp" on important libraries that BigOven requires. Most of these libraries come from Internet Explorer, and we strongly recommend installing the latest Internet Explorer version if you're encountering these issues. It can be downloaded free from www.microsoft.com/ie. We, too, often use Firefox as our main browser, but IE has an easier-to-use library from a development perspective, and several of BigOven for Windows' features do rely upon a stable, installed and up-to-date version of IE.
