If you are able to reach other websites, but are not able to log onto BigOven, and you are positive your email and password combination is correct, this is most likely because one of the "cookies" we use has become corrupted on your PC. Your best option is to:
1) Visit our logout page: http://www.bigoven.com/private/logout.aspx
2) Completely delete all cookies on your PC from within your web browser,
3) Disable any "autoform" type features that attempt to override your password on any input forms, if you have them,
and try logging in again.
Please jot us a support@bigoven.com note with your email and password that you're trying, and we'll also double-check from here.
