BigOven

I’m currently running BigOven Deluxe Edition version 1.8.979.  Today when I opened the program I was prompted to check for updates, so I did.

My screen says,

“You are running BigOven Deluxe Edition version 1.8.979”

Below that the program advises me that there is a new version of the program available for download with a post date July 16, 2008.  But I downloaded that back on July 22, 2008 and installed it to get Version 1.8.979.

So, why is it telling me that there is a new version available?

Yes, the latest version is 1.8.980.  You should be able to download it from www.bigoven.com/downloads/bigovenupdate.exe

Thanks for the speedy reply.  I just downloaded that new verision.

So, I guess there’s a glitch in the “Check for Updates” that gave me the URL below to get the latest version.

 Funny, my version is listed as 1.8.981
