New email address has changed from jfitch@sympatico.ca to jfitch@xplornet.com

 

I don't see a solution in the help faq's, so if there is I'm sorry, but I don't understand it.

I am having the same problem. When I try to open big oven, I get a screen Just-in time debugging. Do you want to use Microsoft Script Editor? But either way you answer simply locks up the program. It is very frustrating and I can't find a place on this website to get technical support.

Hi, You both might want to try emailing "support@bigoven.com" The administrator of this site is very responsive to customer's concerns, and I'm sure you'll receive a very prompt reply. In addition to the questions about that debugging message (which I haven't a clue about), if you send him your corrected email address, I'm sure he'll be very helpful in making any needed changes. Hi, I just tried your suggestion of sending an email to support@bigoven.com, and it was returned "undeliverable". help!!!!! - can anyone get a message through so that this can be dealt with? Jeannette

Hi Jeanette: To change your email address, please see the link on www.bigoven.com/help.aspx -- simply log in with your old email and password and then use the link to change your new email address. We're receiving mail at support@bigoven.com -- can you try again?

PS: We also had a small server issue last night -- now fixed. Can you try launching the program again?

PS: On the script debugging issue, the best way to handle this is to turn off script debugging as follows: Script debugging is turned off by default in Internet Explorer, but it might have gotten turned on at some point. You can disable it by launching Internet Explorer, then going to: Tools -> Internet Options… -> Advanced -> Disable Script Debugging Check that box, then close out of IE. (The current script issues are actually being caused by a small piece code from Google we have in there that helps us measure total usage of the site.)
